Connect Zoho Mail to Smartlead
Seamlessly integrate Zoho Mail with Smartlead for better email account management.

Step 1: Enable IMAP Access in Zoho Mail
Log in to your Zoho Mail account on desktop
Go to Settings
Navigate to Mail Accounts
Click on the email address you want to connect
In the IMAP section, check the box for IMAP Access
Step 2: Connect to Smartlead
Go to Smartlead and open the Email Accounts tab
Click Add Account
Enter the following details:
SMTP Settings:
SMTP Host:
smtp.zoho.com.au
SMTP Port:
465 with SSL: True
or
587 with TLS: True
IMAP Settings:
IMAP Host:
imap.zoho.com.au
IMAP Port: 993
SSL: True
Note: SMTP/IMAP domains may vary based on your region. Copy the correct values from Zoho Mail under “POP3 Out” and “IMAP In.”
Step 3: Test & Finalize
Click the Test Connection button
You’ll receive a test email on the account you signed up to Smartlead with
Once successful, you’ll see a confirmation message
Optional: Add a Signature
You can add an email signature, which will be automatically included in all outgoing emails.
Don’t forget to click Save after setup.
