1 - Setup Your IMAP
- Open Zoho on your desktop and login to your Zoho Mail
- Go to Settings
- 1. Navigate to [Mail Accounts](https://mail.zoho.com.au/zm/#settings/all/mailaccounts) and click the respective email address from the left listing.
- Under the IMAP section, check the IMAP Access box.
2 - Final Step
- Go to app.smartlead.ai and navigate to the Email Accounts tab
- Click on Add Account
- Type in your email address & password with the other pieces of information shown in the image below & voila!
SMTP Host: [smtp.zoho.com.au](http://smtp.zoho.com.au) (this changes based on the location you’re at, copy it from your “POP3 Out” SMTP setting as shown above)
SMTP Port: 465 AND SSL: True
Or
SMTP Port: 587 AND TLS: True
IMAP Host: [imap.zoho.com.au](http://imap.zoho.com.au) (this changes based on the location you’re at, copy it from your “IMAP In” setting as shown above)
IMAP Port: 993
SSL: True
- Test your connection by clicking on the Test Connection Button
- You would have received a test mail on the email account you signed up to Smartlead on
- Once confirmed you’ll see a success message
- And voila!
- Feel free to add your signature which will be added to all your emails automatically and click Save
