Navigate to the Email Campaign Tab
Begin by logging into your account on the platform. On the main dashboard, find and click on the 'Email Campaign' tab. This is where all your email campaigns are stored.
Select the Desired Email Campaign
In the Email Campaign tab, you will see a list of all your campaigns. Browse through this list to locate the specific email campaign from which you wish to download data. Click on the name of the campaign to open it.
Go to the Inbox Tab of the Campaign
Once you have opened the email campaign, click on the 'Inbox' tab. This section contains all the email responses, including those that have been bounced.
Filter the Email Status by Bounced
Within the Inbox tab, there's a feature to filter the email status which is located at the top right side. Set the filter to 'Bounced' to narrow down the list to bounced emails only.
Download the Bounced Email Data as a CSV file
Click on it and select 'Download as CSV.' Your computer will then download a CSV file containing the data of the bounced emails from the selected campaign.

Note:
You have the option to download the complete data set or to filter further by email sequence and email status as per your preference. This is especially helpful if you are handling large or complex campaigns with multiple sequences and a diverse range of email statuses.
