Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Folders in Smartlead

1. Creating a Folder

Navigate to the Smartlead Dashboard.

Click on Email Campaigns.

Go to the Folders tab.

Click on Create Folder.

Enter a name for the folder and click on Save.

Once the folder is created, you can start adding campaigns to it for better organization.

2. Assigning a Folder to a Specific Client

If you're working with multiple clients, assigning a folder to a client can make it easier to manage and track their campaigns.

Locate the folder you want to assign.

Click on the three dots next to the folder.

Select Add/Update Client.

Choose the client from the dropdown menu. Click Save to confirm the assignment.

Do note that adding a client to a folder will not automatically assign that client to the campaigns within the folder.

3. Assigning a Campaign to a Folder

To further enhance organization, you can assign specific campaigns to folders.

  1. Go to the Campaign Overview page.

  2. Locate the campaign you want to assign.

  3. Click on the three dots next to the campaign.

  4. Select Move to Folder.

Choose the desired folder from the dropdown menu.

Click Save to finalize the assignment.
