If you see the attention tab on your campaign, or in your master inbox, it means you or your team may have disconnected a mailbox from a campaign that had leads connected to it, which may still be in progress - meaning all the steps haven't completed
This can cause your campaign volume to slow down as a result, given these leads will be in hanging state.
Remember, Smartlead uses the same mailbox for the length of the campaign for each respective lead. i.e if [email protected] (your lead) received the first email from [email protected] (your mailbox) all the steps in the sequence to [email protected] will be from [email protected] for obvious reasons such as maintaining the same thread, not making it look like spam with follow up emails coming from different emails.
So when you disconnect a mailbox, if [email protected] is in step 2 of a 5 step sequence, John will be left at that step until you re-add back the mailbox or re-associate the mailbox to the campaign.
You will see 2 options in your "Attention" tab, here's what they both mean:
Re-Add Account - This needs to be done when the mailbox is completely deleted from your smartlead account.
Re-Associate Mailbox - This needs to be done when the mailbox is still connected to your smartlead account, but disconnected from the campaign.
You can also click on the "Associated Lead/Mailbox" number and that will take you to your Campaign's Lead section and will show you all the lead's that are currently associated to the disconnected mailbox
You can use this filtered option to export the leads and add them into a new campaign to re-engage with them in a situation you dont' have access to the disconnected mailbox anymore, ensuring you leave no lead on the table.
All the best and let's keep printing!
