List of Sub-processors per our DPA

To ensure Smartlead provides its services, Smartlead may engage and use sub-processors with access to certain Utility Data. This table provides important information about the identity, location and the role of each sub-processor used to operate Smartlead.

**Utility:** Data processed through Smartlead is sent to the service mentioned.

**Purpose of processing:** Baseline infrastructure for hosting, processing and storage.
