Instant Email replies in Smartlead's Master Inbox enable you to view incoming emails from leads the moment they respond.
The Master inbox of Smartlead will display Email responses in real-time. This means that as soon as a response is received, it appears in the central inbox instantly. Regardless of the Email Service Provider (ESP) you use, you're assured of seeing all responses within a minute in the central inbox.
Select “Master Inbox” from the primary menu on the left side of your screen.
Upon clicking “Master Inbox,” you'll be directed to the default Inbox tab. Here, all responses from your email campaigns are organized and readily accessible.

The responses are updated in real-time, with the assurance of their appearance within a minute.
Organize the responses using three sorting options:
Unread Responses: Sorting by this option keeps unread messages at the top.
Response Time (desc): Sorting by descending response time places the most recent responses from leads at the top.
Sent Time (desc): Sorting by descending sent time brings the most recently sent email responses to the top.

Further, refine your view in the Inbox section using the filter feature. Click the funnel icon to access filter options like:
Lead Category
Email Campaign
Email Status
Sender Email Account
Campaign Tag Name
Select Client

Reply Date Range

After setting your filters, click "Apply" to customize the display of lead responses according to your preferences.
Then, select the leads whose responses you wish to view. The real-time email responses will be highlighted, as shown in the following screenshot.
