How to use tasks effectively with Master Inbox Version 3.0

With Master Inbox Version 3.0 you can also add tasks to leads from Smartead’s master inbox.

  • To add “Task,” log in to the Smartlead app with your credentials. Click on “Master Inbox” from the main menu on the left of the screen. 

  • It will open to the master inbox, which will appear like the screenshot below.

  • Go to the lead for which you want to add tasks. 

  • The emails sent and received will show up on the right, as highlighted in the screenshot below. 

  • To add a task to this lead, click on the “Task” option on the top bar, as pointed in the below image. 

  • Next, type a relevant name in the Task Name box. Add a description if you want to. The description can contain any additional details for the assignee of the task. 

  • The “Associated Campaign” box will have the campaign name of the lead. In the “Due Date” box, you can set the deadline for the task. And, in the “Priority” box, there are three options—High, Medium, and Low. You can choose one of the three depending on the importance of the task. 

    After filling out the form, click on “Save” to add the task. 

This is how you can add tasks in Smartlead’s master inbox to get in touch with leads efficiently.
