At Smartlead, we strive to make the payment process as seamless and convenient as possible for our users. Below, you'll find information on the available payment methods and what to do if you encounter any issues with your payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Currently, Smartlead primarily uses Stripe for processing payments. As a result, the only acceptable payment methods are debit and credit cards. This ensures a secure and efficient payment experience for our users. You can learn more about how Stripe handles card payments on their official documentation.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your debit or credit card is not being accepted, please follow these steps:
Check Card Details: Ensure that all card information is entered correctly, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Sufficient Funds: Verify that your card has sufficient funds or credit limit to cover the subscription cost.
Bank Restrictions: Some banks may have restrictions on online payments or international transactions. Contact your bank to ensure that your card is authorized for such transactions.
Try a Different Card: If possible, try using a different debit or credit card.
Alternative Payment Method
If you have followed the above steps and your card is still not being accepted, we offer an alternative payment method through PayPal.
