Enhanced Subsequence Duplication and Pre-fill Re-engagement Subsequence

Introducing Custom Domain Tracking Link Warmup: Boost your email deliverability by warming up custom tracking links, ensuring they land in the primary inbox.

To improve the consistency and effectiveness of your email campaigns, we have introduced two important enhancements: Enhanced Subsequence Duplication and Pre-fill Re-engagement Subsequence. These features ensure that subsequence settings are maintained when duplicating campaigns and that re-engagement subsequences automatically include leads who have not replied throughout the entire campaign.

What Does This Feature Do?

Enhanced Subsequence Duplication

Previously, when duplicating a campaign, the subsequence settings were not duplicated, leading to inconsistencies. With this enhancement, when a campaign containing subsequences is duplicated, the settings of those subsequences are also duplicated. This ensures consistency across your duplicated campaigns and saves time as it doesn’t require manual reconfiguration of subsequence settings.

Pre-fill Re-engagement Subsequence

This feature automatically includes leads who have completed the main campaign but have not replied throughout the entire campaign in your re-engagement subsequence. This helps you reach out to potentially interested leads who might have slipped through the cracks, maximizing campaign effectiveness.

How It Works

Enhanced Subsequence Duplication

1. Campaign Duplication: When you duplicate a campaign that contains subsequences, the system now duplicates the settings of the subsequences along with the main campaign settings.

2. Consistency: This ensures that the duplicated campaign is an exact replica of the original, including all subsequence configurations, providing a seamless experience and saving time.

Pre-fill Re-engagement Subsequence

1. Automatic Inclusion of Leads: When a re-engagement subsequence is created, it pre-fills the target audience with leads who have completed the final step of the original campaign and have not received any reply from the start of the campaign until the time the re-engagement subsequence is created.

2. Highlighted Leads: These pre-filled leads are clearly highlighted or indicated within the subsequence target audience selection, allowing for easy identification and potential exclusion if desired.

3. Customization Options: The subsequence editor includes options to customize the criteria for identifying neglected leads, such as:

  • Minimum Time Since Last Interaction: Only include leads who haven't replied for a specific number of days or weeks after their last campaign touchpoint.

  • Specific Campaign Steps Considered Non-replies: Allow excluding leads who interacted with certain non-replying steps (e.g., visited a landing page) to further refine the re-engagement target audience.

4. Unchanged Existing Functionality: Existing functionality for filtering and segmenting the re-engagement subsequence audience remains unaffected.
