Pre-fill Re-engagement Subsequence with Parent Campaign Settings

Introducing a feature that pre-fills re-engagement subsequences with parent campaign settings, ensuring consistency and saving time by automating configurations.

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your re-engagement efforts, we have introduced a new feature that automatically pre-fills re-engagement subsequences with the settings from the parent campaign. This ensures consistency across your campaigns and saves you time by eliminating the need to manually configure settings for re-engagement subsequences.

What Does This Feature Do?

When you create a re-engagement subsequence, the system automatically copies the settings from the parent campaign. This includes all relevant configurations such as email templates, scheduling, and lead management settings.

Additionally, the re-engagement subsequence will automatically include leads who have completed the main campaign but have not replied throughout the entire campaign, ensuring that no potential leads slip through the cracks.

How Does This Feature Work?

Key Components and Workflow

1. Copying Parent Campaign Settings: When a re-engagement subsequence is created, it inherits all the settings from the parent campaign. This includes:

  • Email templates

  • Scheduling details

  • Lead management rules

  • Any other relevant configurations

2. Automatic Inclusion of Leads: Leads who have completed the final step of the original campaign but have not replied are automatically included in the re-engagement subsequence. These leads are pre-filled in the target audience selection for the re-engagement subsequence.

How to Use the Feature

1. Create a Re-engagement Subsequence: Go to the campaign where you want to create a re-engagement subsequence and create a re-engagement subsequence.

2. Automatic Settings Duplication: The system will automatically copy the settings from the parent campaign to the re-engagement subsequence.

3. Review and Customize: Review the pre-filled settings and leads in the re-engagement subsequence. Customize any criteria for identifying neglected leads if needed.
