**How to bulk add/Update signature.**  

-   Go to email accounts >> click the box sign on name >> bulk Update.
    
-   Go to the General tab >> add your signature >> save.
    
-   Alternatively, you can update by batch if you intend to have different signatures per batch following the same steps.

**How to bulk delete signature.**

-   Go to email accounts >> click the box sign on name >> bulk Update.
    
-   Go to the General tab >> By default it is empty>> Just add a space>> save.
