We recently added the “Reallocate Mailboxes” feature to your campaign dashboard.
Now you can reallocate leads assigned to disconnected mailboxes to other active and connected mailboxes. So, your outreach doesn’t stop even though a few email addresses are disconnected.
Steps to Reallocate Mailboxes
Step 1: Login to your Smartlead account.
Step 2: On the Email Campaign tab, click on the live or paused campaign you want to reallocate mailboxes in.
Step 3: On the top right corner of your dashboard, click on the three dots.
Step 4: Click on “Reallocate Mailboxes” from the drop down menu.
Smartlead will now automatically reallocate leads from disconnected sender accounts and assign the leads to active mailboxes.
