Tracking Your SmartSenders Order Status

Walkthrough of SmatrSenders order status tracking feature.

With the latest update to SmartSenders, you can now track your order status at every stage. This eliminates ambiguity and gives you a clear view of your orders through SmartSenders at every step of the way.

What’s New?

Previously, you could only see "Active" or "Inactive" status, providing little insight into order progress. Now, you can track detailed statuses for both domain and mailbox payments separately, along with other key order processing stages.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the Email Accounts tab from the sidebar on Smartlead dashboard.

2. Click on Domains.

3. On each of the domain, you can click on the status and it will show the order status with detailed breakdown.

You will now see a breakdown of statuses for:

  • Domain Payment: Whether the payment for the particular domain was successful or failed.

  • Mailbox Payment: Whether the payment for mailbox within the domain was successful or failed.

  • Order Placed: If the order is placed after payment success with Smartlead.

  • Vendor Processing Order: Whether respective orders are processing by the vendors.

  • Domain Activated: Last status; whether the domain is activated or not.

Note: There can be instances that the payment of the domain is successful but the payment for mailboxes are not, or vice versa. In that case, you will be able to see clear indications on the status tab itself.
