Before deleting a mailbox or domain in SmartSenders, it’s important to understand the consequences before moving forward. In this article, we’ll explain what happens when you delete a mailbox.
1. Deletion Happens at the Domain Level: When you delete a single mailbox, the entire domain is deleted. This means all other mailboxes under the same domain will also be removed.
2. No Refunds for Deletion: Once you delete a mailbox, the remaining subscription days will not be refunded, even if there’s still time left in your subscription.
3. Irrecoverable Deletion: Once a mailbox or domain is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you're certain before you delete anything.
1. Follow-ups to Leads: If you delete the mailbox, any follow-up emails to leads associated with it will be lost.
2. Reduced Sending Volume: Campaigns that use the deleted mailbox will have reduced sending volume.
3. No More Replies: You’ll no longer receive any replies sent to the deleted mailbox.
