We're sorry to see you go! Here’s how you can cancel your Smartlead subscription based on your current plan:
If you’re subscribed to either the Base or Pro plan, you can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard.
Log in to your Smartlead account.
Click on your Profile Picture at the top right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
Scroll down and click on Subscription.
Click Cancel and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If you have any SmartSenders mailboxes, you'll see a reminder modal before cancellation. You’ll need to cancel those separately to avoid any unwanted renewal charges.
