# How to Cancel Smartlead Subscription?

Step by step guide on how to cancel your Smartlead subscription.

We're sorry to see you go! Here’s how you can cancel your Smartlead subscription based on your current plan:

## **For Base and Pro Plan Users**

If you’re subscribed to either the **Base** or **Pro** plan, you can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard.

### **Steps to Cancel:**

1.  Log in to your Smartlead account.
    
2.  Click on your **Profile Picture** at the top right corner.
    
3.  Select **Settings** from the dropdown.
    
4.  Scroll down and click on **Subscription**.
    
5.  Click **Cancel** and follow the prompts to complete the process.
    

⚠ Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

⚠ If you have any **SmartSenders mailboxes**, they are cancelled along with your plan. Each mailbox is scheduled for deletion one day before its next renewal date, so you won't be charged for it again. You'll see a reminder about this before you confirm the cancellation.

## **For Custom Plan Users**
