Add to Slack: {OAUTH_INSTALL_URL}
You’ll be prompted to sign in to Smartlead (or create an account) and authorize Slack permissions via OAuth.
SmartAgents for Slack connects your Smartlead workspace to Slack so you can:
Receive real-time Smartlead notifications in Slack channels
Share key campaign and lead updates with your team
Get agent-driven summaries and alerts delivered in Slack
Coordinate follow-ups without switching between tools
SmartAgents only posts messages to Slack based on workflows you explicitly configure in Smartlead.
After installation, SmartAgents can send Slack updates based on Smartlead activity, such as:
Lead status/category updates
Campaign activity updates
Replies and important lead events (based on your configured rules)
Agent actions and workflow outcomes (e.g., “Updated Google Sheet”, “Sent Slack alert”)
You control what gets posted, where it gets posted, and when it gets posted.
Click Add to Slack on this page.
Sign in to Smartlead (or create an account).
Complete Slack OAuth and approve requested permissions.
Select the Slack workspace to install SmartAgents into.
Choose the channel(s) where SmartAgents can post updates.
Use ‘/add app‘ command to go to marketplace from the selected channel
Type SmartAgents and add SmartAgents to the channel
In Smartlead, configure which SmartAgents and triggers should notify Slack.
After installation, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with next steps.
SmartAgents requests only the minimum permissions needed to:
Post messages to channels you select
Send notifications related to Smartlead automations you configure
Support interactive setup/onboarding where applicable
SmartAgents does not request Slack message history access for its core functionality.
SmartAgents uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and automated outputs in supported workflows.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Please review any critical information before taking action/while creating SmartAgents to post messages on Slack.
SmartAgents does not use Slack data to train AI models.
SmartAgents for Slack is included with a Smartlead subscription. A paid Smartlead plan may be required depending on the features you use.

All web pages, redirect URLs, and endpoints used by SmartAgents support TLS 1.2 or higher.
OAuth tokens are stored securely and are not exposed to any end users.
Slack requests to our endpoints are verified using Slack’s signing secret.
