How to identify our intelligent warmup filters?

Explore Smartlead's high-deliverability warmup engine. Learn how to identify & set up filters for warm-up emails using unique 2-word phrases

Smartlead has introduced a new high-deliverability warm-up engine that eliminates the need for SLW tags or similar indicators in subject lines. Instead, each mailbox in your Smartlead account is given a unique 2-word phrase that can be used as an identifier for warm-up emails. Here's how you can identify and set up filters for warm-up emails:

Step 1: Access Warm-up Identifier

  1. Go to your Smartlead account and navigate to the Email Accounts section.

  2. Click on the specific email account for which you want to identify the warm-up phrase.

  3. Go to the Warm-up Tab, which is located below the Email Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the "Custom warm-up identifier" section, where you will find the 2-word phrase assigned to that mailbox.

Step 2: Set up Filters in the Email Client

  1. Open your email client or mailbox provider, such as Zoho, Gmail, or Outlook.

  2. Access the filter or rule settings, which may vary depending on the email client.

  3. Create a new filter or rule, and give it a name, such as "Warm-up Filter", for easy identification.

  4. Define the conditions for the filter or rule to trigger. In this case, you can use the 2-word phrase as the identifier to filter out warm-up emails.

  5. Set the action to be taken when the filter or rule is triggered. For example, you can mark the email as read, move it to a specific folder, or add a label. Just make sure not to delete the email.

Step 3: Save and Apply the Filter

  1. Double-check the filter or rule settings to ensure they are correctly configured.

  2. Save the filter or rule to apply the changes.

  3. Test the filter by sending a warm-up email to the mailbox and checking if it gets filtered based on the identified phrase.

  4. If necessary, adjust the filter settings or conditions to suit your preferences.

By setting up filters based on the 2-word phrase provided in the warm-up tab of your Smartlead email account, you can easily identify and manage warm-up emails in your email client. This will help you streamline your email workflow and ensure that warm-up emails are handled properly without affecting your regular email communication.

Note: If you encounter any issues or have questions related to identifying warm-up filters in your specific email client, you can refer to the documentation or support resources of your email client for further assistance.
