You did not set up your custom domain tracking correcting the mailboxes for the campaigns. As a result, the tracking data is not fetched back, and your analytics are miscalculated.
Fix: Check out the mailboxes connected to the campaign. Go to each mailbox > Click General > Scroll to the custom domain tracking > Verify CNAME.
