Agency View & Client Access

Invite your clients to view their campaigns and remove all the hassle in sending them daily reports.

If you run an agency this is a fantastic way to invite your clients to view their campaigns and remove all the hassle in sending them daily reports.

They get to see your incredible work, live!

You can offer this option as an additional premium and charge them more without costing you a single dollar extra.

How To Add Client?

To allow your clients to view their campaigns and reports, you will first need to add them to your Smartlead account.

Here’s how:

1) Click on Add Client

Login to Smartlead app and go to Client Access from the left hand navigation.

Next, click on ‘Add Client’ on the top right corner (if you already have some clients) or if it is your first client, you will get the Add Client option on the screen itself.

2) Fill Client Details

Add your clients details and your Company’s Name (which will show up on your clients UI

3) Assign Permissions

You can decide whether you want to give full access to your client or just limited permissions.

This will primarily depend on whether you run campaign for a single client or multiple clients. For multiple clients, you might want to keep the campaigns isolated between each client.

4) Hide Reply Categories

You can also decide which categories of replies to hide from your client through the Remove Categories drop-down.

The reply categories you choose here will be hidden from your clients.

5) Set Email & Lead Credits

Similarly, you can set email and lead credits for your client if you want them to manage campaigns. Simply tick the checkbox against ‘Enable Email & Lead Credits’ and then define the values.

Once you save all the settings, your client will be successfully created. Your client will receive the details like shown below:

Add clients to a campaign/email account

If you’re creating a fresh campaign, you can select a client in the General Settings of a campaign

If you’ve already created a campaign, click on the 3 dots in the main dashboard, and allocate the campaign to the client

Similarly so, you can associate an email account to a client in the email account management settings section.

And that’s it, when your client logs in they’ll only see the email accounts and campaigns associated to them
