Annoyed setting up reminders from those pesky OOOs? Smartlead’s auto-reactivation of OOO replies got your back!
Here are 2 easy ways you can do this.
1. Navigate to the Master Inbox.
2. Use the lead category filter to segregate the OOO replies. Click on the Filter icon.
3. Click on Specific Lead Category » Click on Out of Office from the dorp down menu » Click on Apply.
4. Click on the specific message and click on the click on the 3 dots and select Resume Lead.
5. Then select the number of days you want to delay and restart the sequence for the lead.
1. Go to the Email Campaigns section.
2. Click on the campaign where you want to ignore the OOO replies. From the menu that appears, select Edit Campaign » Campaign Settings.
3. On the General tab, scroll down to find Intelligent AI Lead Categorisation and select "Re-activate auto-categorized OOO lead after a delay.
4. Set the number of days and Save General Settings and you're done. This will be done for all OOOs that were auto-categorized for you.
