Smartlead's Machine learning engine will parse every single reply from the campaign analyse the content of the reply and automatically categorize the lead category based on the lead's reply.

Setting Up AI Categorization in Smartlead: Getting started is a breeze:

1. Navigate to your campaign

2. Click on campaign settings

3. Select "General."

4. Enable "Intelligent AI Lead Categorization."

5. Select the Lead categories that you want the AI to categorize.

6. Click on Save General Settings.
