Common Questions
Is there a limit on how many mailboxes I can connect during the trial?
No. You can connect as many mailboxes as you need during the trial, the same as on a paid plan.
Do warmup emails count against my trial's 2,500 email sends?
No. Warmup emails are tracked separately and don't count toward your send limit.
What exactly counts toward my email send limit?
Every outbound campaign email counts, including follow-ups. A bounced email still counts, since it was sent before it bounced. Replies you receive, bounce notifications, and unsubscribe events don't count against your limit.
