Overview
The Trigger Logs in your campaign help you track and diagnose email sending behavior. Whether emails were sent, skipped, or delayed, the logs provide a transparent record of every trigger event and can guide your troubleshooting.
Where to Find Trigger Logs?
The trigger logs helps you to understand the email sending activity of your campaign. It will help you to understand when/why an email was sent or not sending from the campaign.
To check the same you need to go to the
Campaign>>Trigger logs (indicates “An email will be sent every”)
Upcoming Triggers: This shows the upcoming triggers for the campaign
Last 20 triggers status: This tab shows the status of the last 20 triggers from the campaign.

There’s 4 table in this tab ~
A. Date & Time: This will show the date and time of each trigger from the campaign.
B. Status Data: This gives you an insight of the total number of:
“New Leads Count” ~ no, of new leads being contacted from the campaign for Email 1.
“No. of Email Send” ~ this shows the total number of emails being sent in that specific trigger
“Total Eligible Email Accounts:” ~ this shows the no. of mailboxes (sender accounts) were eligible to sent email in respect to the “minimum time gap” set for the mailbox.
C. Timezone Of Trigger: Shows the timezone used to calculate the timing of each trigger. This is based on the campaign's configured timezone.
D. Activity Log: This will give you an insight of when and which lead was contacted, why the trigger was skipped, why the mailbox has not sent any email and what’s the error.
Click on the “Check Activity Log”

You can take reference for the logs, if found any discrepancy with sending volume.
Why This Matters
Use the Trigger Logs when:
Emails aren't being sent despite the campaign being active
The volume of emails sent is lower than expected
You want to confirm whether all mailboxes are working correctly
Diagnosing why a specific lead or batch wasn’t contacted Still Stuck?
