Overview
The Reschedule Failed Leads feature allows you to quickly re-associate leads that are in a “stopped,” “failed,” or “paused” state with another mailbox in the same campaign, helping you maximize email sending without manual reassignment. This automation maximizes email delivery efficiency by bypassing problematic mailboxes, enabling your campaigns to continue smoothly without manual intervention. The AI-driven reassignment optimizes send volumes and reduces downtime, helping you maintain high engagement and better campaign performance.
How it works:
Go to the All Leads section of your campaign.
Check the status of the lead if it is stopped, failed, or paused.
Use the Reassociate Failed Leads option.
The system will assign the lead to a different mailbox within the campaign (excluding the mailbox previously connected to that lead).
After reassociation, the lead will no longer appear as stopped, failed, or paused, and the sequence can continue from the next scheduled step.
Purpose:
Allows customers to send more emails without getting stuck due to failed or paused leads.
Enables bulk reassignment of failed leads to optimize campaign performance.
Notes:
The first sequence sent from the original mailbox will not be repeated. Reassociation ensures subsequent sequences are delivered from a different mailbox.
This feature works alongside Reallocate Mailboxes, which reassigns leads that were already allocated a mailbox but need a new mailbox for ongoing sequences.
FAQs
Q: Will the original email sequence be resent from the new mailbox?
A: No, the first email sent from the original mailbox will not be repeated. Subsequent steps in the sequence will continue from the new mailbox.
Q: Can reassociated leads be moved back to their original mailbox?
A: No, once reassociated, leads are assigned to a different mailbox to avoid repeated delivery issues.
Q: How is this different from Reallocate Mailboxes?
A: Reallocate Mailboxes reassigns leads that already have a mailbox but need a new one for ongoing sequences, while Reschedule Failed Leads targets leads stuck in failed, paused, or stopped states.
Q: What if I only have one mailbox in the campaign?
A: Reassociation won’t be effective since there’s no alternate mailbox available. Consider adding more mailboxes for redundancy.
Q: Can I automate this process?
A: Currently, reassociation is manual, but monitoring and regular reassignment are recommended to keep campaigns flowing.
