Even after activating a campaign, emails may not send due to timing conflicts, sender account overlaps, or improper trigger setups. It’s essential to ensure that the campaign’s trigger time respects the mailbox’s minimum time gap and that multiple campaigns using the same sender have staggered "From" times. Once all settings are verified, always update the campaign to apply changes. If the issue persists, checking the Trigger Logs can help diagnose further.
Once you have set the campaign active and still the email is being not sent, kindly check for the below details:
Sent Time Discrepancy:
If the, the Campaign Trigger is “equal OR lesser” than the “minimum time gap” of the mailboxes. It is suggested to keep the “Campaign Trigger” always minimum 3 minutes more than the "minimum time gap” of the mailbox causing sent time discrepancy.
For example:
An email will be sent every: 18 minutes
Minimum Time Gap: 18 minutes
OR
Minimum Time Gap: 20 minutes
These will create sent time discrepancy within the campaign, resulting either skipping of triggers or sending more than set limit.
The correct set-up is:
An email will be sent every: 18 minutes
Minimum Time Gap: 15 minutes.
This will ensure that the emails are sent in correct and timely manner.
Sender account added to multiple campaign:
If the sender account (mailboxes) are added to multiple campaigns, ensure that the ‘From’ time of the campaigns have minimum 2 minutes of time difference. This will ensure the triggers do not clash and the mailbox has ample time to get ready to accept the next trigger.

Campaign B:
From: 01:02
**Once, the above fixes are made, kindly click on Edit Campaign (pencil icon)>>Final Review>>Update Campaign.

Regularly monitor the sender account status (connected/disconnected).
